Your company profile gives contributors more information about your team’s history, mission and goals. When you allow contributors to understand your company’s background and objectives, it helps them produce work that is in line with your mission and expectations.




Completing Your Profile

To complete your company profile, all you need to do is verify your company name and provide an optional short description and logo. This description should include a brief history of your company, its mission statement, and the primary reason(s) you’re using the OneSpace platform. You can also upload a logo for your company. 

If you'd like to keep your company's real name hidden from contributors working on OneSpace WorkStation, you can use an alias instead. Your company name or chosen alias will display next to your assignments on WorkStation, and contributors will be able to read your company description by clicking on your name.

Editing Your Profile

Company admins can edit their company's profile at any time by clicking on their photo in the upper right corner of screen, choosing Company Settings, and navigating to the Profile tab. If you do not see a Profile tab, it means you are not the Company admin. You can contact OneSpace to determine who the Company admin is for your firm.

If you have access to the Profile tab, click Edit to modify the description, name and alias associated with your company. Click Choose Photo to select and upload a JPG file of your company logo. Be sure the image is a JPG filetype. You may need to edit the logo file so that it displays appropriately in the available space.
