OneSpace Project Center provides you a wide variety of pre-configured reports developed based on our experience in managing projects. These reports will each have unique data, giving you insight into data as it relates to contributor performance, velocity, and cost.

How It Works

We offer a wide-range of pre-configured reports across three categories. These reports, while pre-configured, can be used as templates to start from as you will have customizations options once you select a report.

Report Categories
Configuring Reports

Each report will have a finite set of data columns and ways to group the data, but in most cases, you will have the ability to specify how you want the data to be grouped. If a you would like to filter the report to view only a specific project, workflow, contributor, etc. you can do so. For easy reference and future re-use, we allow you to specify a new name for your configured report.

My Reports

Once you configure a report and choose to run it, you will be taken to your “My Reports” page which will serve a list of reports you have recently run (including the one you just ran) with its status. Once the report has completed you will have the ability to export the report or can choose to re-run another report in your list.

Cost Reports

Bonus Cost Breakdown
Within Project Center, you are able to give bonuses to contributors on top of the per-task pay rate. Bonuses can be used to reward contributors for doing exceptional work, completing a high volume of work, or for any other reason at your discretion. Bonuses are tracked separately from the per-task pay.

Example Uses

  • To review your bonus costs by contributor
  • To review your bonus costs by assignment
  • To review your total cost issued in bonuses over a timeframe (includes spot bonuses not associated to an assignment)
Workflow Item Costs
A Workflow Item is a piece of work that needs to be completed by going through the steps of a workflow. A workflow item can go through multiple steps and can contain multiple tasks. When importing work into the platform, each row in your CSV file will create a workflow item.

Example Uses

  • To determine your most costly workflow items
  • To review your costs by workflow item
  • To review how many submissions were required to complete a workflow item (high submission count)
Daily Account Balance
This report enables administrators to monitor their account balance and review the daily debits and credits to their account.

IMPORTANT:
This report is only available to full admins.

Example Uses

  • To review your account balance
  • To review the debits and credits to your account balance
Assignment Costs
Each step in a workflow is an individual assignment that a contributor can work on. Assignments contain one or more tasks. Each assignment has its own interface, instructions, workforce and settings. This report provides you detailed information about the costs incurred at the assignment level.

Example Uses

  • To assess your costs at the assignment level (find highest cost assignments)
  • To review the distribution of those costs (task pay, bonus, transaction fee)
  • To track your costs by day at the assignment level
Workflow Costs
A workflow is the complete path a work item must take before it is completed. A workflow can contain one or more steps. Each step is an individual assignment that a contributor can work on. This report provides you detailed information about the costs incurred at the workflow level.

Example Uses

  • To assess your costs at the workflow or project level (find highest cost workflows)
  • To review the distribution of those costs (task pay, bonus, transaction fee)
  • To track your costs by day at the workflow or project level

Contributor Reports

Blocked & Flagged Contributors
As you manage the performance of your contributors, it can be important to isolate those contributors who have been blocked or flagged within the platform. Blocking a contributor is an action only a project or full admin can do within Project Center. This action is useful when a contributor has repeatedly performed poorly and you no longer want them to have access to one or more assignments. A contributor can be flagged by an admin or by their peers while reviewing a specific task they have worked. Contributors can be flagged for any reason and it can be a helpful too in identifying both top and poor performers.

Example Uses

  • To find contributors who have been blocked either by assignment or company wide
  • To find contributors who have been flagged the most by assignment
Contributor Performance
The Contributor Performance report offers a comprehensive view of key statistics and performance metrics that you can use to identify who your best performers are as well as who is performing poorly. This report allows you to review submission counts, approval ratings, amount earned, etc. in aggregate or you can filter by assignment. It can also be helpful to determine the various levels of engagement you have across your contributors.

Example Uses

  • To find top/bottom contributors by approval rating (by assignment, workflow, etc.)
  • To find top/bottom contributors by submission count
  • To find top/bottom contributors by pay
  • To find contributors who have high rework rates
  • To assess the engagement level of your contributors (last submission date, days since last submission, etc.)
Contributor Proficiency Levels
The Contributor Proficiency Levels report includes all of the same key statistics and performance metrics as the Contributor Performance Report. However, this report additionally includes the Proficiency Level information for each contributor/assignment combination. This report allows you to identify who your best performers are as well as who is performing poorly at each proficiency level for an assignment. This report allows you to review submission counts, approval ratings, amount earned, etc. by assignment and the contributor's proficiency level for that assignment.

Example Uses

  • To find top/bottom contributors by proficiency level
  • To evaluate the breakdown of proficiency levels by assignment
  • To identify contributors to level-up or level-down for a particular proficiency/assignment.
Team Performance
The Team Performance report is similar to the Contributor Performance report, but it is specifically filtered by Teams. This report is best used when you want to evaluate the performance and productivity of your teams.

Example Uses

  • To find your top/bottom performing teams by cost
  • To find your top/bottom performing teams by productivity
  • To find your top/bottom performing teams by approval rating/quality
  • To find your top/bottom performing contributors by team

Velocity Reports

Workflow Item Aging
This report is helpful in identifying specific Workflow Items that have been released for a long time without completion as well as review overall aging trends for your items across the system. Workflow item age can be a signal of potential issues that will impact velocity such as items that are missing information, too few contributors on an assignment, pay per task is too low, etc. You can use this report to find items that can be cancelled out of your workflow.

Example Uses

  • To identify the age of the items in your workflows (age by date released)
  • To find items that have been released for a long time without being completed
Workflow Item Abandoned & Return Counts
This report is helpful in identifying workflow items that are repeatedly abandoned or returned by contributors. A high count in either of those is a signal that there is an issue with the workflow item that makes it undesireable to contributors. This report may signal that some items need to be cancelled out of your workflow.

Example Uses

  • To review the items that have abandoned and returned (and how many times) in your assignments
Flagged Workflow Items
The Flagged Workflow Items report surfaces any items that have been flagged by contributors for one reason or another. Typically, items that are flagged contain issues or present problems for the contributors and may impede the ability to complete the item. This report can also be used as a signal for isolating workflow items that need to be cancelled.

Example Uses

  • To review the items that have been flagged (and how many times) in your assignments
Workflow Velocity
This report is critical in helping you to determine your completion trends for your various workflows. The data from this report will allow you to understand your average time, per workflow, to get work completed and can allow you to forecast future completion trends.

Example Uses

  • To determine how many workflow items are completed per day
  • To understand your average item completion time per workflow
Assignment Velocity
This report is goes one level deeper than the Workflow Velocity report and surfaces data from the Assignments. When reviewing your overall completion trends, it can be helpful to review the data at the granular assignment level, especially if a specific assignment within a workflow is a bottleneck. This report is useful for signalling actions you can take to improve your velocity trends at the assignment level, either by increasing pay, adding more contributors, etc.

Example Uses

  • To determine how many tasks are approved/rejected in an assignment each day
  • To understand the average time per task (how long it takes on average to complete a task)
