Your Project Center plan may include a designated number of private contributor seats. A private contributor is a trusted person who works on your company’s projects via the OneSpace WorkStation platform.
Unlike other contributors, private contributors work exclusively on your projects and cannot browse WorkStation for projects from other companies.
Private contributors belong to your company labor channel and do not receive payments through OneSpace WorkStation. You are responsible for paying your private contributors for any work they submit on our platform.
Managing Contributors
You can manage your private contributor seats in the Private Contributors section of the Company Settings page. The number of available seats is displayed at the top of this section, along with an option to add additional seats to your company’s account.
To invite a private contributor to work on your assignments on WorkStation, click Invite Contributors. All you need to do is enter the contributor’s email address, review the default message provided, and click Invite.Private contributor invitations that haven't been claimed are displayed under the Pending Invitations heading. You can cancel a pending invitation at any time.
Private contributor seats that are currently in use are shown under the Contributor Seats heading. If you'd like to deactivate a contributor’s seat, you can do that here. Use the checkbox to view deactivated contributor seats.
