We are continually adding enhancements and new features to Project Center. Read on to learn more about the recent features we've released:
View Active Chain Logic
April 13, 2018
View the logic behind your workflow chain, even when there is active work.
When a workflow chain has active work, you are not able to edit the logic behind the chain. Previously, you were also prevented from viewing the logic of an active chain. You are now able to view the logic of an active chain in read only mode.
Advanced Exports
April 4, 2018
Export your items from any workflow or workflow chain, regardless of the batch. You can customize the export to fit your needs by filtering by date or item status. You can also add extra columns of system data such as the batch name or the item cost.
Learn more about using this feature in our help document “Advanced Exports: How It Works.”
Batch Completion Notifications
February 14, 2018
Receive an email whenever a batch completes by activating batch completion notifications for any workflow or workflow chain.
To activate notifications for a workflow, navigate to your Workflows page and click on the menu icon in the upper right corner of the workflow. From there, select “Batch Notifications” and click the toggle next to “Activate Batch Notifications.” After you activate batch completion notifications, you will receive an email whenever a batch is complete for that particular workflow.
Archive Workflow Chains
February 5, 2018
Archive chains to remove old or unused workflow chains from your default Workflow Chains page. Archiving a chain will remove all of your chain logic. You should only archive a chain if you will no longer need to use this chain in the future. Once a chain has been archived, your chain logic cannot be recovered.
The workflows within the chain will not be archived; this allows you to use these workflows in another chain. If you chose, you can archive a workflow directly from the Workflows Page. To archive a chain from your Workflow Chains page, click on the hamburger menu on the top right of the chain canvas and click "Archive." After a chain has been archived, you can view archived chains on the Workflow Chains page by checking the filter for "Archived" on the sidebar. From here, you can view the archived chain's batch history and export old batches. You can also see the final statistics on that chain. If you chose, you can unarchive your chain and re-build your chain logic.
