Using OneSpace Curated Teams makes it easy to find contributors who have the skills and experience you’re looking for. OneSpace Curated Teams are groups of contributors who have been prequalified and categorized according to their areas of expertise.



Curation Process

In order to be added to OneSpace Curated Teams, contributors must undergo a thorough vetting process to ensure their work meets the quality standards that Project Center clients expect.

1. First contributors must pass a series of qualification tests that assess their skillsets.

2. If they pass these tests, they gain access to OneSpace-managed projects on the WorkStation platform.

3. From there, the OneSpace team conducts a thorough performance audit to determine the quantity and quality of their submitted work, as well as their areas of expertise.

4. Contributors who pass the audit are then segmented into different teams based on their results.

5. We then regularly audit these teams to ensure all members meet our quality standards.



Using a Curated Team

There are two ways to use a OneSpace Curated Team.

  • Whenever you're creating a new team, you have the option to use OneSpace Curated Teams as a starting point. Click on a team to view its members and their profiles. From there, you can select the people you’d like to add to your new team.
  • You can also use OneSpace Curated Teams when you’re selecting the workforce for an assignment.
    • If you add a OneSpace Curated Team to your workforce, you will not be able to add or remove members from that team. Membership for OneSpace Curated Teams is determined by OneSpace staff.
    • If you want to use a OneSpace Curated Team but need to be able to add and remove members, you can create a new team that is a duplicate of the curated one.
