Primary Actions

When it comes to managing your contributors, there are eight primary actions you can take:

Message
You can choose to message your contributors at any time. You can send a message to an individual contributor, a group of contributors, or an entire team of contributors. There are five places where you can message contributors:

Add to Team
You can choose to organize your contributors into teams. There are four places where you can add contributors to your teams:

Remove from Team
There are three places where you can remove contributors from your teams:

Block
You can choose to block a contributor from a specific assignment or all assignments for your company. There are three places where you can block a contributor.

Bonus
You can choose to reward a contributor by paying them a bonus. There are two places where you can bonus a contributor:

Add Note
You can choose to add a note about a contributor. Notes are private and cannot be viewed by contributors or users outside of your company. There is only one place where you can add a note to a contributor’s profile: on their individual Contributor History page.

Edit Proficiency Levels
You can choose to change a contributor’s proficiency level for a specific assignment. There are two places where you can edit a contributor’s proficiency level:



Contributor History

There are three ways to access a contributor's History page:


Simply click on a contributor's name to view their history.

In addition to the actions mentioned above, the Contributor History page also lets you review a log of important actions your company has taken against a contributor.

These actions include:

  • Changes in proficiency level
  • Notes added
  • Flags by editors or reviewers
  • Blocks from assignments or teams
  • Bonuses given
